We try our best to fill all orders. Sometimes we under estimate demand and cannot get more in stock. We'll let you know if an item is no longer available or will be delayed. We also reserve the right to limit quantities based on merchandise availability.

SHIPPING and HANDLING:
We are located, and ship from the East Coast of the United States. Right now, we offer shipping to the U.S. and Canada. Shipping rates quoted are only to the U.S. Shipping to Canada is usually more; please email us for information. We are unable to ship to other countries at this time.
Presently, we offer shipping and handling based on the weight of each item. We try our best not to overcharge for shipping. Order more than 3 items, and we will reduce the total for shipping when combined. We will email you an adjusted total due.
We only use the U.S. Postal Service's Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, which does not require a signature. Most orders are filled and shipped within 3 days of receiving the order. Sometimes even less! In times of great demand, or personal emergency, it may take longer. Please let us know if your order is needed to meet a deadline. We will do our very best to accomodate you.
We are a small business, not a huge retailer, and have found that returns are very costly and drive up overall pricing. We endeavor to thoroughly describe our products. Please email us with any questions or concerns BEFORE ordering. Therefore, our policy in general is, NO RETURNS. We are, however, reasonable people and will consider an unusual circumstance, such as our sending the wrong size or item. Please email us immediately, if that is the case.
We accept payment via PayPal, Money Order, or Bank Cashier's Check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS! ANY PERSONAL CHECKS RECEIVED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
